How to remove URL and anchor text in user comments on blogger?

• Go to the blog you want to implement this step
• Click on the 'Theme' in the left menu.
• Click on 'Edit HTML' that will take you to the code of the blog template.
• Now click 'Ctrl+F' and search for 
• Now just before the above bit of code paste the below code and click on 'save template'.
